Hi WarriorZ,

This is the last workout of the year and I made sure that it's going to be special. That's why we are going to do ZWOW # 49 -- 365 Rep Workout - one rep for each day of the year. Good news is that you can do this workout with just 2 dumbbells and an exercise mat.

  • 20 Strict Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Competition Burpees
  • 20 Dragon Backward Lunge Alternating legs with Dumbbells
  • 10 Competition Burpees
  • 20 Side to side weighted Squat
  • 10 Competition Burpees
  • 20 Knee Hugs
  • 10 Competition Burpees
  • 20 Spider
  • 10 Competition Burpees
  • 20 Lunge Press with Dumbbells
