ZWOW # 47 Workout breakdown:
12 minute AMRAP complete as many rounds as possible
- Forward/backward weighted squat jump x 10reps
- Ab Splitter and Super Girl Push Up x 5 reps
12 minute workout a day is enough to get you in shape and keep you in shape forever, but you have to have the guts to push yourself, because these workouts are not girly. Have fun and let me know how you did.
