This ZWOW workout is great for anyone who has been discouraged in the past from doing a workout due to a very little space. I did this workout in a small hallway, and it was great. As long as you can lay down your exercise mat, you should be fine. This workout is short so push yourself hard as always to get all of the benefits out of it.
Here is the breakdown: ZWOW # 46:
- One Leg Walk out Burpee - 5 reps on each leg
- Side Lunge Jump with Weights - 30 reps
- Side Plank Knee Tuck - 10 reps on each side
Complete 3 rounds as fast as you can keeping a good form!
