Happy Thanksgiving to all of you guys! This workout is very short, but you'll set your body into the fat burning mode for the entire day. This means that you'll be able to enjoy your Turkey dinner and all the treats with less guilt ;)

  • 15 Wood Chop Lunge
  • 20 Twisted Sit-ups
