Hi WarriorZ,

This week's workout is a Time Challenge which means that you have to push hard to get this workout over with as soon as possible. It's a good thing because if you have other things to do during the day, you will be really motivated :) That's the way I look at fitness. I do want to be fit and strong and look good, but hey, I have a life and I want to get this done fast and effectively. My life is not about wasting time at the gym pumping iron or running on the treadmill. If you agree with me, than don't waste your time and get this done! Push yourself as hard as you can every day for 10 - 15 minutes and you will see how much you will get done in your life besides improving the way you look and feel.

Jump Lunge Combo 15 sets

Jump Tuck/Side Crunch Combo 10 sets

Weighted Jump Squat 10 reps
Weighted Sumo Squat 10 reps
Weighted Mini Squats 10 reps
Jump Lunge Bodyweight 12 reps
Jump Lunge Kick Up 2 reps
