Hi Warriorz,

Here is my real time Six Pack Abs Workout. Real sweat, real effort. I gave you the workout breakdown already yesterday morning so I am wondering if you had a chance to do this workout at home and what was your score??  Just in case, I am reposting the workout breakdown again for those of you who might have not seen it yet:

AMRAP 12 min.

1. Plank Pull Burpee 10 reps
2. Goblet Squats 20 reps
3. Side Hops over the dumbbell 20 reps
4. Side Plank Knee Pull & Plank Jack 10 reps alternating sides

PLANK PULL BURPEE
