Hi WarriorZ!

Today I have for you pre-workout snacks! This is one of the most common questions you all have been asking me. Your pre-workout me is very very important!

Main point: try to get some carbs, good fats, and protein.  Also, your pre-workout meal should be light in calories about 150-200 calories! You can also track your calories by downloading an app on your phone. I eat at least 1 hour before my workout. You can also drink a sports drink filled with nutrients and electrolytes.

Pre-workout snack:

  • 3 crackers
  • 1 tsp. almond butter 
  • 1/2 of a banana (sliced)
