Welcome to my new series, "ZCHEF"! It's all about your diet, and this series includes tips and diet recipes for you. Here are your some breakfast smoothie recipes for your workout!

 

Breakfast smoothies:

  • Banana Mocha: Banana (frozen), 1 cup of almond milk, and 1/2 cup of cold coffee, 1 tsp. almond butter, & 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 2 tsp. of cocoa powder, and 1 tsp of cinnamon. 
    • Only 280 calories!
  • Blueberry Almond: 1 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 1 Tsp almond butter, 1 cup blueberries, 1 Tsp wheatgerm, 1 tsp of cinnamon.
    • Only 230 calories!
