I have been asked by many of you for a very long time when am I going to finally make a DVD workout program and I haven't been able to do that until just a few months ago. This 3 month Power Cardio Program DVD comes with 3 DVDs and a 30 day huge fold out calendar that is going to guide you and motivate you. As you can see on the picture, you can find the calendar inside of the DVD #1. You will be able to download the second and third calendar on my website for free.
I have designed this program to be very effective and intense without being time consuming. All of the workouts are short and made out of bodyweight exercises only so that you don't need any equipment. I have included simple to follow diet tips that are very important to follow so that you are supporting your training program instead of sabotaging it. Remember that no exercise program in the world can get you the results that you dream off and help you lose weight and fat if you are eating too much or if you are eating the wrong food on a daily basis. I want you to succeed, I believe that you can make dramatic changes to your body, and fitness level and lean out in only 3 months if you follow this Cardio Program. I have mentioned already in one of my previous posts that we shot this program over the course of 2 weeks and I was a little heavier at that time, then I wanted to be.
