Yesterday I posted my Burpees from Sycamore Flats where we went for the weekend. The reason why we went there was that Jesse's grandma died and we went to her funeral and spend time with his family. I packed my hoody and tights, but forgot to pack my training shoes, however I still wanted to give you your warm up video so I did Warm Up Basics to get you on the right track.
On the pictures below are some of my favourite stretches that you can add to your own signature warm up routine. As I said everyone of us prefers different stretches, different moves, so as long as you follow the basic rules, you can customize your warm up.
This stretch is great for the entire back of your legs. Make sure to keep your abs tight and back straight.
This stretch is great for your inner thighs and the side of your upper body. This is an easier variation.
This stretch is good for your back, and it feels especially good for your lower back. Go on your four and arch your back, hold for 20 seconds and then round your back and hold for another 20 seconds. I like to repeat each stretch at least twice.
The Frog is amazing stretch for your groins.
This stretch is great for your hips, inner thighs and the back of your legs. Make sure that you are bending forward from your hips instead of rounding your back and keep the legs straight.
I hope to see some of your custom warm ups soon
