ABOUT ME

1.  Who I am…

My name is Zuzka Light and I am 31 years old woman that believes in the powerful connection between body, mind, and soul. For the past 6 years I have been on mission to get as many people as I could in shape and motivate them to lead a healthy lifestyle through my workouts and nutrition tips. There is nothing more satisfying for me than seeing the positive impact my workout program has had on other people's lives. Their change in lifestyle is not only skin deep, it affects all aspects of their life. That's what moves me and motivates me to keep doing what I do.

 

2.  What I do…

I push myself to the limit each time we film a workout. I want everyone to see that I am human too and I struggle just as much through the workouts as they do. I want to motivate everyone with my own personal determination and show that everyone is capable of getting awesome results with my workouts.  All you have to do is strap on a pair of sneakers and give your training all you got, pushing yourself to work harder and faster every day. Nutrition and diet is equally as important as training. I like to keep my cooking and recipes fun and easy for everyone.

 

3.  Why I do what I do…

Working out and living this fitness lifestyle has brought me to a good point in my life.  It lifted me out of and away from negative influences that had come into my early life.  I am eternally grateful that I found this calling and I want to share my passion with as many people as possible.

 

4.  My workout methodology…

High-intensity workouts get your heart rate up and your metabolism really moving fast.  The idea is to push yourself with max effort for a short period of time, 10 to 20 minutes.  I implement an innovative wrapping format of cardio exercises with other complex move based exercises.  This puts the body in a state of stress management, to break plateaus and get real results.  Some of my exercises alone may not be difficult but put into this complex wrapping format, the workout series together becomes more challenging.  I like to change up my workouts on a regular basis and program different move based exercises to focus on specific areas like abs, butt, core, upper body, etc…
